How do I contact Customer Support?
We are here to help. You can contact our Customer Support via email.
I downloaded my file(s). How do I use them?
We compress (zip) our files since they can be quite large. This is especially true for video and social media templates. By compressing the files, they download for you faster.
You will need to decompress (unzip) them to use them. Don’t worry, it’s easy once you get the hang of it.

I purchased a T-shirt (or other non-digital item). How can I get shipment tracking information?
For non-digital download purchases, we can help you obtain shipment tracking updates.
Contact us and we can have shipment updates emailed to you.
What permissions do I have to use my media purchase?
First, let us say thank you for considering copyright.
Our digital products are governed by a Creative Commons Non-Commercial License. That means you have full permission to use them for all aspects of your ministry. For example, you can use them to post on social media (in fact, we encourage that).
If you try to use them for business purposes – such as selling them as your own – that’s a no-no.
Not sure? Contact us and we’ll be happy to explore your situation.
What about fonts?
Fonts are important. We get it.
Whenever possible, and for the vast majority of the digital items we offer, we include the font files. They are part of the ZIP file you download. You will want to install the fonts first before you open the files (ex: PowerPoint file) that use them.
Not sure how to add the fonts to your computer?
