Membership questions, answered

Does my membership auto-renew?
No. PCM Memberships never auto-renew. Your plan runs for 12 months, and you choose whether to renew when it ends. No surprise charges.

What's included in a membership?
Memberships cover our digital products — PowerPoints, graphics, motion backgrounds, slides, and (on Complete) PCM Imago credits. Physical items like apparel are not included.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because memberships unlock immediate access to digital downloads, they aren't refundable. But since nothing auto-renews, you're never locked in beyond the year you purchased.

How long does a membership last?
Twelve months from purchase. Download as much as you want during that time.

Which plan is right for my church?
If you use a mix of slides, graphics, social media, and motion backgrounds, choose Complete — it includes everything plus Imago credits. If you only need one format (just PowerPoint, just print templates, or just streaming lower-thirds), the single-format plans cost less.

Do the visuals really reflect progressive values?
