Description
Lent asks a worship team for seven weeks of slides: Scripture, prayers, song lyrics, and announcements, from Ash Wednesday through Holy Week. This template gives every one of them the same setting, so the season looks like one journey on your screen.
Where the Wind Leads takes its image from the start of Lent, when the Spirit leads Jesus into the wilderness (Luke 4:1; Mark 1:12). In Hebrew and Greek the word for spirit also means wind. Jesus appears as a first-century Galilean Jewish man in a tunic and fringed mantle, standing with his back to the congregation as the wind lifts his cloak toward a rose-colored moon, all drawn in fine engraved line work.
The template has five slide layouts. The title slide carries the series name in English, and a second title slide carries it in Spanish, “A donde el viento nos guíe,” each with an editable line for your date or service. A section slide sets your sermon title in the open sky beside the figure. A content slide softens the left side of the wilderness into a quiet field for lyrics, Scripture, liturgy, and bullet lists at a size that reads from the back row. A mostly blank slide holds the faded landscape for videos, photos, or your own layout.
Every text area is live and editable, set in Archivo and Archivo Black, free Google Fonts you can install in a minute. The five slide backgrounds are also included as separate images, so the design works in Keynote, Google Slides, and ProPresenter as well.
The set offers a Lent of following rather than a Lent of guilt: a wide wilderness, a steady figure, and a wind that goes ahead of him. No slide carries a date or a lectionary year, so the template serves any Lent and adapts easily for midweek services and Lenten study groups.
